The role - KS4 Art Teacher

I am working with a PRU based in Wandsworth that are looking to appoint a new KS4 Art Teacher to join their team! In this role you must plan and deliver lessons and monitor student progress. As a KS4 Art Teacher you must report to the Head of Department and be an approachable, enthusiastic and confident person with the ability to build strong rapport with students. You will be working with students with challenging behaviour and must use de - escalation techniques in class. To be considered for this role you must hold QTS.

The school - PRU

The school is PRU based in Wandsworth that caters for students aged 11 - 16 years old. Their vision is to have key strategies to help manage and regulate students' emotions appropriately and that they have the confidence to seek help where and when needed. The school's purpose is to act in the best interest of the students and the school community by delivering quality education, pastoral and specialist support for students identified as having SEMH. The school has local bus routes and a close underground station.
