Northway Special school is looking to appoint two School Administrators to join our excellent office team due to expansion.

The role is a term time only post (39 weeks per year & 36 hours per week)
The job is extremely varied involving a wide range of tasks- including but not limited to; providing a welcoming and effective first point of contact for all visitors and callers, record keeping, tracking and monitoring tasks, EHCP annual review administration, purchasing and finance inputting, data management and more - for which you must have good computer skills and data base/ school information management systems.

Northway is split across multiple sites; Primary sites = one in Mill Hill NW7 3HS and one in High Barnet EN5 2BY. Secondary site in Mill Hill NW7 2BU (opening September 2025). This role may require time at each site, but your placement will be discussed at interview.

About You
The successful candidate:
* must have experience working in a school (experience in a special school would be desirable but not essential)
* will have a welcoming 'front of house' manner, be friendly and approachable;
* will have respect for confidentiality;
* will be efficient, well organised, flexible and an excellent team member;
* will have a good background of IT skills;
* will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
* will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with different stakeholders and service providers;
* will be open to learning new skills and using them to fulfil the needs of the school
