Are you eager to make a real impact in the FM industry? A leading player in the sector is currently seeking a Lead Engineer to join their growing team in the North West region - covering Manchester, Bolton, Morecambe and surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Lead Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in:

* Covering a portfolio of commercial sites across Manchester, Bolton, Morecambe and surrounding areas.

* Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.

* This role will consist of 70% of client relationship management, managing logbooks, booking contractors, quotations, permits and RAMs in place, and drive performance within the team (two direct reports). The role will be 30% on the tools.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance including emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, PAT testing, light replacements / changes, filter changes on AHU's, flushing and other multi-skilled maintenance duties.

About You

To be successful in the role of Lead Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience:

* Recognised electrical qualifications at NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds.

* 17th or 18th Edition certification.

* Experience working in a commercial environment, and experience supervising engineers and subcontractors.
