Health and Safety: Operating to the highest level of health and safety objectives in line with Hanson's Health and Safety Plan.
Environmental: Operating to the highest level of environmental objectives in line with Hanson's Environmental Management Plan.
Compliance: Ensure all statutory legislation and company regulations are adhered to with respect to all operational activities.
Operations: Achieve optimum Rail production levels in line with commercial activity at the lowest operation cost. Continually advance operational improvements to improve efficiency with the Rail production functions.
Distribution: Working with the logistics function to ensure operational procedures are such that highest customer service levels can be achieved
Quality: Working with the technical function to ensure operational procedures are such that the highest quality levels are achieved.
Personal: To join IOQ and continue your own progress by means of CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and by attending training courses and seminars as determined by Heidelberg Materials.
Sustainability: To identify, develop and implement improvements to the sustainability of the site
Plant Operations: To ensure maximum plant availability by good maintenance programme being achieved.
Directing: Provide leadership to the site teams, ensuring that operational goals and expectations are understood and personnel are proactively developed.
