Residential Manager - Manchester 

Are you a confident, customer-focused, and highly organized professional? An award-winning canal side neighborhood in Salford/Manchester, is looking for a Residential Manager to oversee operations at our vibrant, growing community.

💰 Salary: £35k - £38k DOE

⏰ Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

🚗 Parking: On-site

👗 Clothing Allowance: £500 per annum

What You'll Do:

🏡 Ensure smooth daily operations in the marketing suite & show apartment

📑 Oversee sales conveyancing & liaise with solicitors & clients

🔑 Manage home handovers & customer care, ensuring top-notch service

📊 Handle administrative tasks, reports, and sales updates

✔️ Strong knowledge of legal processes, contracts & leases

✔️ Proactive, organized & able to juggle multiple responsibilities
