Key Responsibilities:

Inspecting contractors' work based on specifications, plans, and building regulations
Identifying and reporting defects
Conducting regular site visits (either in the Midlands or Milton Keynes/Essex area)
Writing comprehensive reports
Performing snagging inspections

Job Requirements:

Experience in the highways and transport sector
Strong understanding of building regulations and specifications
Proficiency in identifying and reporting construction defects
Ability to conduct detailed site inspections
Excellent report writing skills
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Capability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel to various project sites
