This is a chance for a well-versed and Quality passionate professional who possesses a substantial amount of time-served, to spearhead the Quality department. 

This opportunity comes as a result of a marked shift, led by our clients Operations Director, who has been instrumental in transforming their strategic direction which has seen a meaningful change to the facility and wider group. As their next, newly appointed Quality Manager you will collaborate with the Operations Director on creating a robust and quality culture.

What do you need to be able to demonstrate on your CV in order to be shortlisted?

A minimum of 3 years experience working at Quality Managers level OR as a Senior Quality Engineer level within an engineering and manufacturing environment (please note applications received where this is not demonstrated will not be considered) 

Either HNC/HND or Bachelors Degree in a Engineering related subject 

Strong practical and theoretical knowledge of methodologies used in Root Cause Analysis activities as well as CAPA's. 

Creation and or improvement of Quality Management Systems 

Strong knowledge of supporting a business gain additional ISO standards (our client are already 9001 certified, but it would be advantageous if you have supported a business to gain 13485, 9100 or 16949 etc.)

Have collaborated and supported other internal engineering departments on new products/projects with a 'Quality' focus.
