What You'll Do

Lead the annual budget process for the Housing Revenue Account
Develop and support financial strategies (MTFS & Treasury Management)
Be the Council's expert on Housing Revenue Account, Treasury & Collection Fund
Oversee budget monitoring and prepare insightful reports
Provide strategic financial advice on key projects
Manage Treasury activities and VAT implications
Lead the closure of accounts and production of the Statement of Accounts
What We're Looking For

CCAB qualified accountant (CIPFA preferred)
Public sector finance experience
Strong skills in financial strategy, systems development, and service improvements
A passion for driving efficiency and value for money
