We are currently looking for a Mechanical Manager to join a leading M&E contractor on a project based in Cambridge. The project is a residential consisting of a 112 Units based in Cambridge which is to run for 12 months. We are looking for a well-rounded Mechanical Manager who is a team player and has good communication skills as the team you will be leading is a group of 15. The client is looking for a Mechanical Manager to work on the fit outs of the apartments which consists of 1st/2nd fix.

Mechanical Manager Duties:

* Ordering of materials including plant

* Supervising a team of 15

* Managing all aspect of the full mechanical package

* Assistant the project manager of site

* Working from drawings

* Toolbox talks

* Health & Safety

* Overseeing the subcontractors

* Attend Meetings

* QA and Snagging
