Project Manager - The Company:
Our client is one of the fastest growing and lartgest orivately owned main contractors as well as one of ther most sought-after main contractors in the country with strong regional presence across the UK. The Bristol office covers the South West and is a market leader in the construction of new build schools and student accomodatio, build to rent (PRS) appartments.
Project Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and lead a new build project in the Bristol area. You must have experience in Education or Accommodation sector (PRS, Student, Aplartments etc) and not housing.
Project Manager - The Person
* You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor
* Demonstrable experience of delivering a new build Schools or Appartments/accommodation
* Experience delivering arge construction projects of at least £20m
* Proven experience with meeting customer expectations and ability to demonstrate customer centric approach
* Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things
* High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
* A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors
* Commutable to Bristol WITHOUT relocation
