Department: Family & Support Services - Pharmacy (HHCS Outpatient Pharmacy)

About the Role:

As a Band 7 Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical services within our outpatient pharmacy. Your responsibilities will include:

✔ Providing expert clinical advice and support to healthcare professionals and patients.

✔ Ensuring the safe, effective, and efficient supply of medicines.

✔ Supporting the implementation of best practices and clinical governance.

✔ Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

✔ Supervising and mentoring junior pharmacy staff and trainees.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

✔ Previous experience in hospital setting

✔ Strong clinical knowledge

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

✔ A commitment to continuous professional development.
