Job Title: Technical Architect

Salary: £35,000-48,000 dependent on experience

Their collaborative team are multidisciplined and combine their specialist knowledge to deliver expert designs across the residential sector. With a number of exciting and significant project son the horizon this successful studio are seeking a passionate Technical Architect to join their friendly team.

The successful Technical Architect will have a keen eye for detail, boast design flare and have substantial post qualification experience across the RIBA stages with strong technical abilities.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Technical Architect:

• Several years of post- Part 3 qualification experience
• ARB registered
• Capable at working across all RIBA Work Stages especially stage 4&5
• Job running experience
• Proven record of working on residential projects
• Demonstrable technical expertise
• Proficiency in Revit
• Managing a small team assisting with development
• Keen to input to company growth
• Attentiveness to detail and boast design flare and creativity
• Passionate about sustainable designs
• Live locally to the Colchester area
