Lettings Negotiator - £25,000 + OTE £27,500 - Bishopston & Clifton

Our client is seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join their award winning company based initially out of the Bishopston and Clifton offices covering central Bristol.

Job Role:Generating, arranging, and carrying out viewings of properties to letBuilding and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords having built a thorough understanding of their requirementsAdvising prospective tenants, understanding their requirements & sourcing the best properties to matchHandling offers, negotiations and queries between Landlords & Tenants Ensuring consistent delivery of our high levels of customer service

What's on offer:

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.00pm & 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-4pm (with lieu day in the week)
