Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a prestigious Law Firm based in Surrey who are seeking to appoint an Employment Law Solicitor 5yrs+ PQE into their Team.

The role will cover work on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious matters and successful candidates will ideally have experience of, but limited too:-

• Employment law including advice on settlement agreements,
• Disciplinary and grievance matters
• Employment tribunal cases.

Key Requirements:-

• Good organisational skills and able to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work well on your own as well as in a team.
• Excellent IT skills.
