Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary/Benefits: £25k - £42k + Training & Benefits

Due to recently winning new contracts, our client is looking for a dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst with a well-rounded grasp of industry technical guidelines and proven hands-on experience. The company is a privately-owned and developing outfit, who have a strong presence in the South East of England. Ideally, applicants will be able to hit the ground running upon joining the company. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have a strong track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst within a UKAS accredited outfit
- Will hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent)
- Working knowledge of UKAS and HSG 264 compliance guidelines
- IT literate
- Good written and literacy skills
- Flexible to travel as needed

The Role:
- Undertaking Asbestos Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with industry guidelines
- Sampling from site for analysis
- Conducting re-inspection surveys
- 4 stage clearances
- Overseeing compliance adherence across asbestos removals projects
- Leak, background, reassurance and personal air monitoring
- Writing bespoke survey reports
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Providing regular updates to clients as well as answering any technical queries
