Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with end-users to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Propose, develop, and implement solutions that drive best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support the ongoing management and maintenance of existing solutions while contributing to new and exciting projects.
• Work closely with the Technology Solutions Team alongside developers, project managers, and stakeholders to optimise business processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A motivated self-starter with a growth mindset, eager to learn and solve problems.
• Comfortable working across a broad spectrum of projects, from process mapping to agile delivery.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with end-users to implement impactful solutions.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including User Stories, Epics, and Process Mapping.

Preferred (but not essential) Experience:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Continuous Improvement Specialist.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
• Working knowledge of SharePoint as an end-user or administrator.
• Awareness of SAP systems.
• Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
