Litigation Paralegal - Location: Hertfordshire

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our litigation department. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the legal field, providing comprehensive support in various litigation tasks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Assist in handling access injunctions and managing possession notices and claims.
- Support the preparation of disclosure lists and bundles for court proceedings.
- Manage smaller tasks and claims for existing clients that require direct attention.
- Assist in drafting and preparing witness statements.
- Attend court sessions where counsel is instructed, providing necessary support.
- Independently run simple debt claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in case handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong command of written English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly personality, capable of working collaboratively in a team setting.
- Bright, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a legal setting is highly advantageous
