My client is looking for someone who wants more than just processing orders on the system. They are seeking an individual with enthusiasm and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Someone who in time may want to further their career in Account Management where they can use their initiative and influencing skills. This is a busy yet relaxed office environment, offering a great team culture and opportunities for development within the business.Role:
- Be the main point of contact for client enquiries.
- Process client orders via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Manage purchase orders, asset administration, and all ad hoc administration.
- Ensure follow-up calls are scheduled and made, maintaining regular contact with clients.
- Manage sales contracts and ensure the accuracy of all related paperwork.
- Update the CRM with client information to ensure maximum accuracy.
- Collaborate with other teams (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
- Adhere to company Health & Safety procedures.
You must:
- Be naturally confident and customer-focused, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be confident in picking up the phone and build a strong rapport.
- Comfortable working with basic office software.
- Hold a valid driving license and own transport due to the location of the office (no public transport nearby).
- Have experience in a customer-focused role.
- Enjoy working in an office where the team culture is to support each other and contribute to the greater good of the business.
