Are you an experienced CNC Operator ready to bring your skills to an innovative manufacturing leader? This role is perfect for someone with a passion for precision and a background in engineering.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate multiple CNC machines to meet production deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Perform daily machine health checks and report findings.
• Manage documentation, including traveler bookings, NCR reports, and stamped work.
• Collaborate with team leaders and managers to meet production goals.
• Mentor and support new team members and apprentices.

Skills required:

• Relevant experience or training in CNC operations.
• Craft apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and perform basic CNC programming.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
