We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join us in Gloucestershire. 

Position Overview As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in our engineering team, contributing to the design and development of various mechanical systems and components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems and components using CAD software.
Conduct feasibility studies and performance testing to ensure design functionality and reliability.
Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical and manufacturing engineers, to ensure successful integration and execution of designs.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during product development and testing phases.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality control procedures, and safety regulations.Requirements
Proven experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer or related position.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects with attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
