Business Development Manager Job in Blandford

Our successful consultancy-based client in the Blandford area is recruiting a Business Development Manager to support their growing team. The Business Development Manager will provide support to new business enquiries and accounts, assisting in the on-going growth, and expanding business from existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* New business calls to identified targets

* Attend Meetings to explore opportunities

* Undertaking market research to explore new business opportunities and identify key decision makers

* Liaising with the internal account executive team and alerting them to opportunities

* Attend trade shows to increase network of contacts and opportunities

Minimum Skills and Experience:

* A background working in business development and new client management

* Experience of cold calling and generating new opportunities

* A commercial and continuous learning mind-set

* Excellent communication skills with confident rapport building skills

* Good time-management and organisation skills

* Good understanding of the company's commercial objectives

* MS Office; including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Salary and Benefits:

* A salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

* Working Monday to Friday hours 8.30 am - 4.30 pm

* Any expenses reimbursed by the client

* Monthly payment intervals

* Hybrid working arrangement available
