Tradewind Recruitment are on the lookout for a SEN TA to work with a child in Key Stage 2 (KS2) at a primary school in Huddersfield. This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, offering an incredible opportunity to positively impact the life of a young learner while gaining invaluable experience before the end of term.

Previous experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, or SEMH.
Being prepared to work with challenging behaviour and adapt quickly to changing situations.
Having a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide tailored support.Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to a child with special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Implement behaviour management strategies to support positive behaviour and minimise disruptions in the classroom.
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and behaviour intervention plans.
