Financial Controller - Near Colchester

up to £65K + bens. Office based.

We are hiring for a reputable small FMCG and manufacturing company based near Colchester, Essex for a new Financial Controller . This role is an integral part of the small team reporting into the MD whilst supervising a team of two junior staff in the office. The role is office based.

This is a particularly exciting time to be joining the company as they have won some large supplier contracts so the company growth will be almost doubled.

Responsibilities include:

• Monthly Management Accounts
• Cashflow
• Payroll
• VAT Returns
• Alcohol Duty Returns
• Debtors
• Creditors
• Accruals/Prepayments
• Bank Reconciliations.
• Product Costing
• Various Adhoc Reports
• Recipe / Production Analysis
• Invoice Factoring
• Year End Accounts/Liaise with Auditors

Oversee the Accounts/Office of two staff, including Sales Orders, Stock, Purchase Orders, Expenses, and Vehicles.

Software Used - Sage 50 Professional, Brewman( Stock/Production software), Excel.
