Procurement Manager

NonStop's Client is looking for a Procurement Manager to join a Central Government Body. This opportunity will offer you stability through the current challenging market, as it is an 18 month Hybrid contract position.

This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting to work within the Nuclear Environment which is highly regulated.

You will be a skilled Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in complex procurement processes, including end-to-end sourcing and category strategy development.

The ideal candidate will:

Implement cost-effective solutions aligned with the Procurement Management Framework.
Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to drive category performance.
Manage commercial risks, forecast spend, and foster supplier relationships per SRM guidelines.
Bring expertise in utilities, construction, or electrical industries, with proven knowledge of NEC3 & NEC4 contracts.
An Active Clearance is required for this role.
