Team Administrator

My client is seeking a team administrator/coordinator/scheduler to join their team. This is working in a varied, fast paced role, where you will play a crucial role within the organization in Gloucester. Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities of the role:

Coordinate and schedule appointments and diaries
Respond to customer calls/emails and confirm appointments

Update the system and records
Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues as they arise
General admin support for the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Administration experience, scheduling experience is desirable
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills - will ability to prioritis
Good attention to detail
Strong IT skills
 The salary is up to £24,250 DOE
