The Role

This is a very exciting and innovative role working as a Members Team Leader for a local reputable business. The shift pattern would be 10:30-6:30 and 9:00-5:00 with 2 weekend shifts a month and flexibility for events hosted as well and this role is offering up to 27k a year, full time, permanent and fully office based near Birmingham City Centre.

The Responsibilities

You would oversee the day-to-day operations for the Welcome Desk, including handing enquires, bookings, memberships and enquiries. You would train and supervise the Welcome desk team as well as getting involved yourself. You will ensure all new members and welcomes are seamlessly integrated into the club. You would also manage the rota, sickness and absences and be the first point of contract when issue arise.

Experience

For this role you will need to be a great all-round communicator, experience in premier customer service and sales environment and experience leading or supporting a team is ideal.
