Residential Property Fee Earner | SolicitorNorth West Salary DOEFull Time Office BasedMy client is an established High Street firm in the Chorley area who are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a busy high street team.Residential Conveyancing Duties:* Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:* Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.* Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling* Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.* Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing ManagerWhat type of Residential Conveyancing profile are we looking for:* At least Two Years Qualified or Fee Earning experience.* To work as part of a team or without supervision and requiring no admin support* Able to use a combination of both paper and electronic files* To present a professional image both electronically, verbally and face to face with clients* Good organisational skills* The desire to work full time in our modern Wilmslow officeTo apply please email Millie @ Simpson Judge Legal today.
