Position: CAD Design Engineer

Location: Haverhill, Suffolk

Hourly rate: £negotiable DOE

Contract Type: Full time, permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Friday 8am - 1pm

An opportunity has arisen for a CAD Design Engineer for our client based in Haverhill, Suffolk.

As a CAD Design Engineer you will be responsible for:

• Creating 2D & 3D designs to Customer specifications
• Preparing Customer job folders including drawings & B.O.M.s
• Follow projects through from inception to completion
• Liaising with Customers and internal departments regarding drawing approvals
• Sales support
• Developing sales and CAD skills
• Site visits as required.

An ideal candidate for the CAD Design Engineer must have:

• 3+ years experience in 3D CAD modelling within an Engineering environment
• A full UK driving license (willing to travel around the UK when required)
• Excellent time management & communication skills
• Sales and account managment experience would be advantageous
