You will play a crucial role in the finance team, overseeing the consolidation of month-end accounts and preparing management reports for the Group FD. Additionally, you will contribute significantly to shaping our future financial direction by assisting with the budgeting process, analysing data, and providing valuable insights.

* Coordinating inputs for management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, and preparing monthly management accounts in accordance with deadlines.

* Collaborating with key commercial stakeholders throughout the organization.

* Analysing and identifying discrepancies between actual performance and budget/rolling forecasts, highlighting significant trends, and evaluating risks and opportunities.

* Enhancing management information by providing analysis on revenue, costs, and creating standardized reports to offer performance insights to senior management.

* Producing budget reports for discussions with Finance and the wider business.

* Preparing Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

The right candidate will be a skilled finance professional with a proven ability to build relationships across the organization and manage their own workload effectively. They will possess a strong understanding of finance and have experience in developing and presenting management information reports.
