Maintenance Electrician - Static - No Call Out

£36 - £38,000 per annum

Permanent site based position for a maintenance electrician to carry out pre planned maintenance only. This his role is working days Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. This role will suit someone that does not want to go on a call out rota and is happy working a steady 40 hours per week. 

Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

PPM tasks - emergency lighting/Tap Temps/Fire Door and Bay Door Inspections etc
Contractor management
Minor fabric works - for example basic plumbing (leaks, taps, toilets etc).The ideal candidate will be qualified electrically (City and Guilds or NVQ), with previous experience in a maintenance role, and happy to turn their hand to all aspects of facility maintenance.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between £356,000 - £38,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats, working 40 hours per week Monday - Friday.
