Salary: £42000 - £45000/annum company van + bonus and benefits

Our client, a leading maintenance contractor, is looking for a skilled Repairs Supervisor to join their team in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with experience in property maintenance to lead and support a team delivering high-quality repairs for social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance.
Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service.
Work closely with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contract requirements.
Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Repairs or Maintenance Supervisor, ideally within social housing.
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
