Band 6 Social Worker (Adults with physical disabilities)
Temp - 3-month contract, full time

Spencer Clarke Group are looking for a Band 6 Social Worker for the Adult Disability Team to join our client, you will manage a caseload of individuals with complex needs, conducting best interest assessments, and creating tailored support plans.

Role Responsibilities:

• Complete mental capacity act assessments and best interest decisions
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
• Lead on safeguarding enquiries, including management of safety measures and protection planning
• Work with partner agencies to deliver the best outcomes for our citizens.

Essential Requirements:

• Professional Social Work qualification, DipSW, CQSW, CSS, BA, MA BACP, BABCP, UKCP accredited
• Significant post-qualification experience of working with adults with needs associated to older age, physical health or mental health needs and their carers
