I have a client in the North West of England currently looking to fill an Disrepair Manager position with a responsibility to oversee and manage a team of surveyors, as well as the disrepair caseload and admin.

The best candidates will have a healthy amount of experience dealing with Disrepair case management, Damp and Mould knowledge, Section 11 and CPR 35 reports.

Responsibilities

Successfully manage a team of surveyors and oversee works
Deal with Disrepair caseload and follow up with adminRequirements

HNC minimum
Knowledge on essential legislation and disrepair procedures
Experience with managing a team of surveyors or staffPackage

3-month contract
Negotiable rate DOE
Hybrid work with 3 days from home
Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance
