We are currently looking for experienced skilled Muti Traders due to our property maintenance client winning additional contracts in your area. This work is all based within the social housing sector in either disrepair or tenanted social housing properties based in the Croydon area. 

Job Details / Benefits:

Rate: £20 an Hour

Company van + fuel card 

Hours: 8:00am - 17:00pm

Key Requirements:

Skilled in 2 or more trades, such as: Plumbing, Carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting &decorating

Social housing experience 

Clean driving licence
