The Candidate:

• Commercial Insurance experience is essential for this role, ideallyyou will have worked in commercial insurance for 3+ years
• Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work everyday to give our clients the best possible experience.
• Next, we need you to be proactive, use your initiative and show usyour entrepreneurial spirit
• Have a willingness to learn and be curious. Incidentally, we offertons of opportunity to gain qualifications that will enhance yourcareer in this growing industry
• Confidence to work with clients both on the phone and face to face,so some experience in customer service is important too.
