Role: Customer Service Co-ordinator / Client Account Manager - 1 year Maternity Contract

Location: Uckfield

Hours: 8-5pm with a hour lunch. Office based. Small friendly supportive team!

Salary £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits including 24 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Parking, Pension.

We are searching for a customer-focused individual who excels at communication, both within and outside the organisation. A team player with excellent multitasking and prioritisation skills, you thrive under pressure and tight deadlines. With a flexible approach to work, you'll meet customer demands and ensure their satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be confident with a great a sense of humour. You'll be a proactive and ambitious team player who can handle multiple products for 4-5 customers with good IT skills within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc).

As an Client Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with customers through daily communication
Booking production to accommodate customers' orders and forecasts
Collaborating with our operations team to ensure order completion
Coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery of stock
Reconciling monthly stock figures and providing valuation to accounts
Resolving invoice and order discrepancies with customers and suppliers
Booking transportation for stock collection and delivery
Generating various customer reports on a regular basis
Managing stock levels through our system
