Project Manager - Social Housing Major Refurbishment Works

Location: London

Salary: up to £80,000 (Basic Salary) - Dependant on experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of Social Housing Planned Works, including external works and External Wall Insulation (EWI). Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Oversight: Planning and managing project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Upholding high-quality standards throughout all project phases.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety regulations.
• Project Handover: Overseeing a smooth handover process and providing post-handover support.
• Resource Management: Allocating and managing resources effectively to achieve project goals.
• Team Leadership: Facilitating clear communication and defining team roles to foster collaboration.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a skilled professional with the expertise to lead and deliver complex projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience: Proven background with a main contractor on similar projects, particularly in Social Housing Planned Works and Major Refurbishments, including EWI and External Works.
• Leadership Skills: Strong capabilities in team leadership and resource management.
• Qualifications:
  • CSCS Black Card
  • NVQ Level 6: Construction
  • SMSTS
  • MCIOB (Desirable)
