• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring efficient tax compliance and advisory services
• Provide high-level tax planning and consultancy to a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and corporate entities
• Oversee and review tax returns prepared by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations
• Support clients on a wide range of tax matters, including personal tax, corporate tax, VAT, and inheritance tax
• Work closely with partners and senior managers to identify opportunities for additional client services
• Train, mentor, and develop junior staff members, providing guidance and technical support
• Keep up to date with UK tax legislation and ensure clients are informed of relevant changes
• Assist in business development activities, contributing to proposals and client presentations

• CTA, ATT, ACA, or ACCA qualified with extensive experience in tax
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation across a broad range of areas
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality advisory services
• Ability to review and manage tax compliance work while providing strategic tax advice
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and training junior staff
• A commercial mindset, with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong client relationships

• £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
