The role - Customer Service Advisor

Our Ferndown based client provides excellent customer service and support solutions to their clients.

They are looking for a number of positions to be filled with an immediate start!

Hybrid: Available after 3 month

Key Responsibilities - Customer Service Advisor

Taking incoming calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Handle enquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain up-to-date records and ensure smooth diary management.

Do you have?

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail
Previous experience in customer service, call handling, or administration.
