My client are seeking a motivated, customer focussed Sales Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience working in an office based role. Sales experience is beneficial.

Offering a starting salary of £25,000 - £26,000 plus commission scheme, a genuine career path and great benefits.

A driving license and car is essential for this role.

The Role:

* Communicating with vendors and buyers

* Negotiating offers

* Carrying out property viewings

* Arranging viewings and mortgage appointments

* Registering applications on the system

* Liaising with landlords and tenants

* Providing excellent service over the phone and face to face

* Carrying out valuations after training

Skills and Attributes:

* 2+ years experience working within an office based role

* Excellent customer service

* Sales experience - desirable

* Driven and motivated

* Driving license and car is essential
