Customer service is vital for this role as you maintain regular communications with business contacts to remain 'front of mind' and encourage increased businessDevelop communications plans for agencies and ensure planned activities are completedOn-board new business, assess business potential, and develop plan to secure additional registrationsFielding incoming calls and emailsAttend regular training sessions relevant to the roleAttend presentations and training sessions to improve business development relationships and skillsEnsure that the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate and relevant information to assist with Business Development and Marketing communicationsLiaise with internal departments to resolve contractor and agency queriesCollate and send out merchandise and Point of Contact packs to agencies
Excellent communication skills, written and verbalConfidentAbility to prioritise and work on own initiativeTime managementGood team playerAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureBasic IT literacy / internet usageRecruitment or accountancy background an advantageSales experience an advantage
