Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and cut & carve. Our client has a turnover of over £15million per annum. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of commercial and residential projects, from large-scale developments to complex refurbishments. Project values vary from £1m - £5m.

About the Opportunity

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Plant Manager to support the company with the management of their plant. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the development of systems and processes that track and optimise productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.

About the requirements

* This role is best suited to an experienced Plant Manager

* Previous experience with company vehicle fleet management

* Experience with replenishing core drilling sundries as required

* 5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.

Salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
