Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 1-1 or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of ESOL students, including but not limited to those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
Adapt lesson plans to address language learning difficulties while emphasizing students' strengths.
Promote confidence and fluency in English for ESOL students.
Build strong, positive relationships to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed.
Qualifications:

ESOL certified 
Experience working with ESOL students, particularly those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
Proficiency in teaching English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
