Location: Manchester, Supported Housing Services (Across 3 Locations)

P4 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse for a temporary ongoing contract in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supported housing client, providing essential mental health care across three services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Medication Management: Oversee and administer medications, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with care plans.

* Clinical Practice: Supervise and support clinical practice within the services, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

* Support & Guidance: Provide expert advice and support to staff and clients, promoting mental health and well-being.

* Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.

Requirements:

* Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN): Must be NMC registered with valid PIN.

* Experience: Previous experience in mental health nursing, preferably within supported housing or community settings (preferably at band 6 level or higher).

* Flexibility: Ability to work across three different service locations, with availability for 3 days a week
