Our Client, North Lincolnshire Council, is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to be the Area Manager for their Adult Safeguarding Team.

Responsibilities of this role:

• An experienced and motivated team manager

• Considerable knowledge of Adult Safeguarding and a proven record of excellent outcomes.

• Demonstrable experience managing and developing high achieving teams.

• Clear leadership skills and a commitment to strengths based approaches.

• Considerable knowledge of working with adults including social care assessment, theory and practice, legislation and frameworks

• Outstanding communication, organisation, problem -solving and resource-management skills.

Requirements of this role:

• Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
• Must have minimum of 2 years’ post qualified experience.
