Operations Co-Ordinator - Poole/Hybrid - up to £26K Do you have previous business support experience in a fast-paced environment? This role will suit a talented individual with excellent communication and good attention to detail.As the operations Co-Ordinator you will provide day to day support to the back office, HR and finance functions, and to provide a high standard service to clients and the internal teams.What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the team with administration and general office management
- Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our office
- Assisting with client quotations, conducting pricing research, placing orders.
- Researching and booking of travel and accommodation
- Coordinating internal new starter onboardings and managing inductions
- Working on internal and external requests via our internal systems
- Answering client queries and coordinating responses
- Maintaining billing records and raising invoices
- Assisting with expense claims and help with other finance tasks as required
- Processing orders and raising projects, working closely with the sales and procurement teams
What we're looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Adapt to changes quickly and working on your own initiative
- IT Literate with MS Office applications
Hours & Benefits:
