Operations Co-Ordinator - Poole/Hybrid - up to £26K Do you have previous business support experience in a fast-paced environment? This role will suit a talented individual with excellent communication and good attention to detail.As the operations Co-Ordinator you will provide day to day support to the back office, HR and finance functions, and to provide a high standard service to clients and the internal teams.What you'll be doing:

• Supporting the team with administration and general office management
• Being the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our office
• Assisting with client quotations, conducting pricing research, placing orders.
• Researching and booking of travel and accommodation
• Coordinating internal new starter onboardings and managing inductions
• Working on internal and external requests via our internal systems
• Answering client queries and coordinating responses
• Maintaining billing records and raising invoices
• Assisting with expense claims and help with other finance tasks as required
• Processing orders and raising projects, working closely with the sales and procurement teams

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Adapt to changes quickly and working on your own initiative
• IT Literate with MS Office applications
