We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Customer Relationship Partner to join our Northern team with a salary on offer from £27,000 - 33,000. This role can be based anywhere in the North of England and would be a Hybrid role.

About the role:

The purpose of this role is to manage finance relationships with a portfolio of key customers in the region working to the Regional Finance Senior Manager and with oversight from the customer owners. The role will also provide support to the Delivery and Customer Relationship Management in customer engagement where necessary. As a member of a regional team that extends beyond the functional role there is an expectation for this person to:

- Understand vision, strategy and setting the cultural tone of NHSPS by role-modelling and embedding values and behaviours

- Enable collaboration across the business and removing barriers to action and delivery

- Build organisational resilience through own personal development and career planning

- Constructively assists in change and other organisational initiatives

- Identify inefficiencies and supports the drive for continuous improvement

The successful candidate will be regularly engaging with our customers, working with them to foster positive, solutions focused relationships. As such the ideal candidate must have excellent communication and influencing skills to develop these relationships and put our customers are the very centre of everything we do.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Experience of customer relationship management, dealing with all levels of customer representatives.

• Managing a portfolio of customers

• Working autonomously, but proactively escalate for senior support as appropriate

• Ability to summarise and recommend recovery strategy or settlement

• Understanding of property and facility management terminology.
