Company Secretary - Christchurch - Hybrid - £70,000 + Car Allowance

What you'll be doing:

As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for overseeing corporate company law, accountancy service to the senior management, and providing reliable secretarial support to the board of directors.

About the company:

Our client is a well-established, growing business with its headquarters based in Christchurch.

The ideal candidate for this role will have corporate law and commercial/property experience in selling or purchasing new property, land, and premises, as well as obtaining new licenses.

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience in Corporate Company and Property Law
• Experience of Planning Law & Litigation in the commercial sector
• Experience dealing with Residential & Commercial property
• Experience of reviewing contract and advising on terms
• Experience with commercial property, instructing and liaising with external surveyors

Hours & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday (8.30am -5pm)
