We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and manage projects from initial planning to final closeout. This position requires a strategic thinker who can oversee all phases of project delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee all aspects of project management, from pre-construction planning and budgeting to on-site execution and closeout.
  • Estimating & Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, manage project budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and proactively addressing any delays.
  • Client Relations: Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and building strong relationships.
  • Teamwork: Lead project teams, collaborate with pre-construction and estimating teams, and ensure everyone is aligned on project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to company standards and project specifications, delivering exceptional quality to clients.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on project status, financial performance, and key milestones.

The Person

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-10 years' experience in commercial construction project management, including at least 3 years in estimating.
  • Proficient with construction methods, estimating software, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
