£40,000 + 20% bonus potential OTE £48,000-£52,000
Full-Time Permanent
Office based 8.45am - 5pm but with flexibility to work longer if busy

Do you have a mixed skillset? Do you have experience in administrative support and event coordination? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as Assistant to Group Head of Sales!
Essentials:
• Experience in administrative support
• Experience of mentoring other team members
• Strong communication skills especially with clients
• Good at multitasking
• Great relationship-building skills
• Outstanding customer service
• Motivated to drive business success
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and handle client communications.
• Be the right hand for Group Head of Sales
• Going onsite with them to various events - helping to rebook clients for future events
• Overseeing and creating invoices for clients
• Mentor and guide team members when needed
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain CRM systems, preparing proposals, and ensuring seamless execution of contracts.
• Provide exceptional support to executives, customers, and teams.
• Manage customer databases.
• Assist the team with booking travel, scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of business activities.
• Process payroll (bonuses etc) and expenses for the Team
